Returns and Refunds: We Won’t Make It Weird, Promise

Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it out together. Items must be returned in their original condition and arrive back within 30 days of contacting us.

The only catch? You’ll need to cover the return shipping – because, unfortunately, carrier pigeons are pretty rude houseguests. They scan your home with their beady little eyes and point out all of the ways they would have decorated (“Whoa, look at that pillow. Hideous roadkill.”). We’re still redecorating.

Once we receive the item, Chem will ensure we process your exchange or refund (minus delivery charges) within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we’ll make it right.
